(hereinafter referred to as “SERVICES”). By accessing any of our services offered, you wholly

agree to be bound by the underlying terms, conditions and Privacy Policy

THEGRINDACADEMY offers a praetoria of services that ranges but not limited to online

courses, resources aimed at providing a sound knowledge on cryptocurrency, AI automation,

Digital marketing etc. through effective teaching and coaching.

These services listed above are made available to you through subscriptions.

2. USER ACCOUNTS

• REGISTRATION: Accessing our services requires registration for an account. In

registering for an account with THEGRINDACADEMY, you are required to provide

TRUE and ACCURATE information and you are also duty bound to ensure such

information are up to date

• ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY: you are obligated to protect your data and maintain

utmost confidentiality with regards your account and password as

THRGRINDACADEMY will not bear any form of liability for issues relating to third

party access to your account or otherwise. You bear total responsibility and liability for

activities carried out through your account.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Users are required to be at least 18 years and above in age or

the legal age of user’s country for eligibility to create an account.

3. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

• FEES: A detailed breakdown of our fees and courses have been articulated on our

website. All fees are due and to be paid in full at the time of enrollment. This fee once

paid is not refundable as the company operates a No Refund policy.

• SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES: A number of our services are periodically billed. This

implies that you would be automatically deducted for a renewal at the expiration of every

subscription date. Our subscription package ranges from, monthly to annually. It is

at your discretion to choose whatever plan you wish to subscribe to.

4. PROHIBITED CONTRACT

THEGRINDACADEMY is a company that prides itself in integrity, diligence, legality, human

and nation building hence would not be a party to or indulge in any activities that promotes

illegality in any form. Below are activities prohibited on our platform;

• ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES; all activities that fall under the definition of illegal including

but not limited to financial fraud, cyber fraud, promotion of illicit and illegal drugs

• INFRINGING CONTENT; posting of contents that infringes on the intellectual proper

of another is totally prohibited and user would bear total liability that comes with such

infringement

• HARMFUL OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES: activities that pose a threat and could

cause harm to either the person or character of an individual is prohibited and such user

would bear full and total liability that comes with such activities.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software

provided by THEGRINDACADEMY are intellectual property of THEGRINDACADEMY and

legally protected by copyright and relevant intellectual property laws. Duplication of our

materials for any purpose is illegal and fraudulent and would be met with necessary legal action

6. TERMINATION:

THEGRINDACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without

notification for reasons that goes against the policies of the company. In furtherance

THEGRINDACADEMY will not accommodate any form of liability in the instance of such

eventuality.

7. DISCLAIMERS:

THEGRINDACADEMY only seek to give knowledge within its specified scope and as such

does not guarantee job placement or career advancement for completing a course or program

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THEGRINDACADEMY is in no circumstances culpable for any direct, force majeure, or

damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of our listed services

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes arising from the use of our services is to be settled through arbitration in accordance

with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and its decision shall be binding on both

parties to the dispute.

10. CHANGES OF TERMS

THEGRINDACADEMY reserves the sole and total right to at any time, modify, alter, or replace

its terms. By continuing it means you have properly gone through our terms, agree with our

terms and voluntarily agree to be bound by the revised terms
