TheGrindAcademy Affiliate Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to TheGrindAcademy’s Affiliate Program. This policy is designed to inform you of your rights, responsibilities, and benefits as an affiliate. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be 18 years or older.

• Must agree to and comply with TheGrindAcademy’s terms and conditions.

• Must use ethical marketing practices to promote TheGrindAcademy courses.

3. Enrollment

• All affiliates must complete a registration form and be approved by TheGrindAcademy.

• Approval is based on content quality, relevance, and adherence to our values and guidelines.

• TheGrindAcademy reserves the right to reject any application without providing reasons.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Affiliates earn a commission rate of 33% to 50%, depending on the affiliate tier.

• Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding returns and disputed charges) after completion of the service period.

5. Obligations of the Affiliate

• Affiliates must use the marketing materials provided by TheGrindAcademy and ensure all claims are truthful and not misleading.

• Affiliates are prohibited from creating any materials that appear to be officially from TheGrindAcademy without prior written approval.

• Must disclose the affiliate relationship with TheGrindAcademy on all promotions.

6. Prohibited Activities

• No use of misleading or unethical marketing practices.

• No advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.

• No use of spam or unsolicited commercial email.

• No self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to artificially inflate commission payouts.

7. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use TheGrindAcademy’s trademarks and brand assets as specified in the affiliate agreement.

• All intellectual property rights are retained by TheGrindAcademy, and no rights are transferred to affiliates.

8. Term and Termination

• The affiliate relationship is at-will and either party can terminate the agreement at any time with or without cause.

• Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid during the next billing cycle, provided all terms have been met.

9. Liability and Indemnification

• TheGrindAcademy is not liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate marketing activities.

• Affiliates agree to indemnify TheGrindAcademy against any legal claims that arise from their marketing activities.

10. Amendments

• TheGrindAcademy reserves the right to update and change the Terms of this Affiliate Policy at any time without notice.

• Continued participation in the program after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

11. Acceptance

By signing up for the affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this policy and agree to abide by all its terms and conditions.
